Since its founding more than 45 years ago, NurseCore has long stayed true to the same values and commitment to service held by its founder, Larry M. Carr, a leader in the healthcare staffing field. Mr. Carr’s legacy continues on today thanks to the combined 100+ years of experience between NurseCore President and CEO, Deborah Lollar, and the rest of the NurseCore management team.

Based in Arlington, Texas, NurseCore is committed to exceeding the expectations of its patients, clients and employees through ethical and professional conduct, the provision of compassionate nursing services and leadership in the medical staffing and home care services industry.

We conduct extensive background screenings, drug screenings and license/skills verifications on all of our employees to ensure that our patients and clients receive only the highest levels of care and comfort.

NurseCore’s current roster of medical professionals includes more than 6,000 individuals with an average of 7+ years of experience. NurseCore offices maintain State Licensure, and Medicare and Medicaid certifications, as applicable.

When NurseCore began in the 1970’s, our founder, Larry Carr, identified the need for experienced supplemental nursing staff to help local health care facilities provide excellent patient care. Shortly thereafter, he leveraged our success in supplemental staffing to adding home care to connect patients directly to trained home care and home health care professionals. Through years of hard work and dedication by our outstanding team, we have impacted thousands of lives by quality care and compassionate service to those in need in a variety of settings. Over time, our business has grown and our services have broadened, but our core values have remained the same: honesty, ethics, quality, and above all—compassion.

NurseCore is a contract company that I have been working with for the past year. In comparison to other Agencies we use, they are significantly better in many ways. They help fulfill our nursing contracts in a more timely manner than other agencies. They communicate necessary information such as licenses, certificates and vaccines in a timely manner. But, most importantly, they communicate late arrivals of their staff to ensure we are not left in a bind.
